Account & Data Deletion Policy
You can delete your ContentAI Studio account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what is deleted.
How to request deletion
Choose any of the following:
- Open a ticket from your account and select “Delete my account” — Submit a request.
- Email support@seetharamengineering.in from your registered email with the subject “Delete my account”.
We verify the request is from the account owner, then process it.
What gets deleted
- Your account record: name, email, and hashed password.
- Your usage and credit history, and your licence record.
- Any content and sync data stored in the cloud for your account.
- On your own devices, uninstalling the app removes locally stored data, including your connected browser-profile sign-ins.
Timeline
We action deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained only as long as required to comply with legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Effect of deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining credits or subscription time are forfeited on deletion (see the Refund Policy for pre-deletion refund options). You can create a new account later, but it will not restore deleted data.
Data we cannot delete
Content you already published to third-party platforms is controlled by those platforms; you must remove it there directly. We cannot delete data held by third parties on your behalf.
