Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ContentAI Studio. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid plans and credit purchases.

1. Free trial & free credits

New accounts may receive free credits so you can evaluate the Service before paying. We encourage you to use them to make sure the Service fits your needs before purchasing.

2. Subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• A refund of the most recent subscription payment may be granted if requested within 7 days of that charge and if you have not substantially used the AI credits included in that period.

3. Credit top-ups

• Purchased credits are consumed as you use AI features. Because credits deliver a digital service immediately on use, consumed credits are non-refundable.
• Unused credit top-ups may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of that purchase has been used.

4. Failed or defective actions

If an AI action fails without producing a result, it is not charged. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will credit or refund the amount.

5. How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your account (Support) or email support@seetharamengineering.in with your account email and the transaction. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
