Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of ContentAI Studio (the "Service"), operated by Seetharam Engineering ("we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading our apps, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ContentAI Studio provides AI-assisted content creation, editing, scheduling, and publishing tools, available as a Windows application, an Android application, and a cloud account shared across them. AI features are metered in "credits".

2. Accounts

• You must register with a valid email and verify it before using the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

3. Credits & plans

• AI actions consume credits at the rates shown in your account and on the pricing page. Rates may change with notice.
• New accounts may receive one-time free credits as a promotional offer, which we may modify or withdraw at any time.
• Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed as described at purchase. Credits are a licence to use the Service, not stored value or currency, and have no cash value.
• Failed AI tasks are not charged unless otherwise stated.

4. Publishing & third-party platforms

The Service can help you publish and schedule content to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and others). You are solely responsible for complying with those platforms' terms and for the content you publish. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates any third party's rights. You must not attempt to bypass credit metering, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.

6. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the content you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service (for example, sending prompts to AI providers, rendering, and syncing). AI outputs may be similar to those generated for others; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

6A. Custom knowledge, skills and training use

ContentAI lets you teach your own account's "brain": by rating or reviewing generated work, by using "Learn from this edit" or "Learn from this generation", or by any other feature that says it teaches your brain or adds a custom skill. What you teach works in your own account straight away and stays within your account. It becomes available to everyone only if we review and approve it.

By using any of these features you automatically agree that: (a) the custom knowledge, skill or lesson you add, the supporting data (for example the prompt, settings and measurements it was made from) and a small picture or short clip of the item it was learnt from are sent to us; (b) we may review it and, if we approve it, use it across the platform and to train, evaluate and improve ContentAI's editing and generation features and models, in derived form (techniques, measurements, lessons and short evidence frames); we do not publish your original files; (c) you keep your own copy in your account whether or not we approve it; and (d) knowledge we have approved becomes part of the platform and is not removed when you delete your account, although the original files you uploaded are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only use these features with content you have the right to share, and do not include other people's personal data. If you do not agree, do not use them: nothing else in the Service requires it.

7. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. AI is provided by third-party model providers whose availability we do not control; we use failover to keep the Service working but do not guarantee any specific model or uptime.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
